Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher preferred.
• 1-3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in tech or SaaS.
• Fresh graduates with HR internships encouraged to apply.
• Experience recruiting for GTM and technical roles.
• Strong sourcing skills and engaging talent creatively.
• Thrives in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and hiring plans.
• Source, engage, and nurture candidates via LinkedIn and job boards.
• Manage full-cycle recruiting for multiple roles across functions.
• Streamline hiring processes with focus on speed and inclusivity.
