Agile Actors is seeking a Talent Acquisition professional to lead the full recruitment lifecycle for technical roles, collaborating with internal teams and clients. You will source, screen, interview, and place candidates while building strong pipelines and maintaining a high-quality candidate experience.

• A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources, or another related field.
• A Master's degree in HR or Organizational Psychology will be considered an asset.

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from needs to placement.
• Drive recruitment across multiple technical roles including software/data/AI.
• Source and engage top talent using LinkedIn Recruiter and job boards.
• Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for current and future roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to define profiles and set priorities.
• Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates for fit and capability.
• Manage multiple vacancies simultaneously with momentum.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience with clear communication.
• Coordinate introductory calls, interviews, and assessments; provide feedback.
