Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level help desk support for desktop, audiovisual, and phone systems.
• Assist with new-employee equipment onboarding and asset replacements.
• Maintain system inventory and documentation in reports and ticketing systems.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies and SLAs during daily operations.
