Job summary

Bluewave Express Wash is seeking an IT Support Technician to join our Houston team. You will support IP camera systems, PCs and peripherals, and alarm systems, with responsibilities ranging from new PC setups to network cabling and issue escalation.

The role emphasizes hands-on hardware/software troubleshooting, after-hours availability, and a willingness to grow with a rapidly expanding car-wash tech environment.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent work experience.
• Strong troubleshooting and networking basics (TCP/IP).
• Experience with IP camera systems is a plus.
• Experience with car wash POS systems or tunnel controllers is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• IP camera systems support and troubleshooting.
• Maintain PCs and peripherals in good working order.
• Support and maintain alarm systems.
• Configure and set up new PCs for users.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues efficiently.
• Install and terminate network cabling as needed.
• Escalate issues requiring urgent attention.
• Provide after-hours and on-call support.
