Full Time, 12 month
TheTechSupportCoordinatorperforms high level network administration on LAN, WAN, and server systems. Maintenance and monitoring of key systems to ensure uninterrupted connectivity and data integrity. Also installs and maintains structured data cabling, wireless systems, ip camera systems, fiber optic connections, and ip telephony. TheTechSupportCoordinatorresponds tosupportrequests and must which requires frequent travel to external sites. Response to requests may be communicated in email, in person, and remotely. Assists IT Director with classroom technology to include Chromebook and Chromebook Management, student email and user management, content filtering, interactive televisions, print management, documentation, change management, inventory and other duties as assigned. TheTechSupportCoordinatormust maintain professionalism, integrity, and adhere to strict confidentiality in the performance of their duties and perform other duties as assigned.Works to create a school culture that emphasizes quality, continuous improvement, teamwork and high performance.
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field plus (2) years of computer experience working with networking infrastructure and WAN networks (Microsoft Certifications), OR any equivalent combination of education and experience.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Security+(plus) certification or equivalent cybersecurity experience strongly desired.
This position requires travel to multiple sites on a regular basis.Valid driver license, satisfactory traffic abstract, daily access to a registered and insured vehicle are required.

Must be ethical and honest. Must have excellent interpersonal, organizational, time management, follow-through, and oral and written communication skills. Must be extremely flexible and able to work independently.
Must be knowledgeable and comfortable working with technology and software programs, including MS Excel and Word, Google Suite and other electronic communication systems and be able to acquire additional skills for use of software, databases or other information systems as necessary.

Must maintain a high level of confidentiality with regard to employees, students and parents and work effectively with school staff, district personnel, and the general public.
