Job summary

Aircall, headquartered in Paris with a strong North American presence, seeks a Technical Support Specialist in Atlanta to troubleshoot complex issues across its AI-powered communications platform, including integrations, APIs, and analytics.

You will work with CRM integrations, API workflows, and AI-powered features, while collaborating with Product and Engineering to resolve problems and improve reliability across regions.

Qualifications

• Experience in a technical support role within a SaaS, telecom, or platform-based company.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills with the ability to investigate complex technical issues.
• Experience working with APIs and webhooks and using tools like Postman.

Responsibilities

• Investigate escalated technical issues across Aircall’s platform, including integrations, APIs, telephony configuration, messaging, and analytics.
• Troubleshoot CRM integrations (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zendesk, Zoho, Bullhorn, Monday.com) and other third-party platforms.
• Analyze webhook payloads, API responses, and logs to diagnose issues.
• Lead technical troubleshooting sessions and translate findings for customers and internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to diagnose platform issues and reproduce bugs.
