As a Technical Support Specialist, you will troubleshoot complex issues across integrations, APIs, and AI-powered features, leading live sessions and translating findings for customers and internal

Qualifications

• Experience in a technical support role within a SaaS, telecom, or platform-based company.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Experience working with APIs and webhooks.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Investigate escalated technical issues across Aircall’s platform.
• Troubleshoot CRM integrations (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zendesk, etc.).
• Analyze webhook payloads, API responses, and logs.
• Lead live troubleshooting sessions with customers.
• Translate technical findings for customers and internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to reproduce bugs.
