Position: Associate Application Support

Work from home position: The schedule is 40 hours. 12pm ET- 8:30pm ET

Position Includes
  1. Primary responsibility - answer phone/chat support requests and respond to customer inquiries.
  2. Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies.
  3. Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues by identifying the cause and offering effective solutions.
  4. Document customer interactions, including details of inquiries, complaints, and actions taken.
  5. Assist Product Success team in coordinating and executing all activities related to web, online, and platform/tool initiatives.
  6. Manage and solve Help Desk tickets on a national level.
  7. Technologically proficient. Familiarity with various operating systems on PCs, and ability to navigate basic computer software and hardware issues.
  8. Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and effectively train on marketing technology and tools.
  9. Support national initiatives and product roll-outs.
  10. Provide clear support to agents using our company tools.
  11. Serve in a critical quality assurance role on the core product suite.
  12. Assist with other duties as assigned.
Other Requirements
  1. 1-2 years digital marketing experience.
  2. Prior customer service experience strongly preferred.
  3. Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  4. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  5. Ability to change gears quickly to support different customers.
  6. Must be well-organized, process/detail oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  7. Customer-focused and delivery-oriented.
  8. Team player and an excellent communicator who can work with a variety of people at various levels throughout the company.
  9. Ability to work collaboratively as a team member.
  10. Can work autonomously, proactively identifying and impacting opportunities while also resolving issues.
  11. Ability to multi-task, prioritize, perform under pressure, and be flexible with changing business needs.
  12. Ability to manage and meet tight deadlines.
  13. Ability to learn new software programs.
