Job summary

The Armstrong Group in Butler, PA is seeking a customer service specialist to handle inquiries by phone and email, troubleshoot internet and telephone issues, and update customer records. You will work with Plume and Armstrong devices and support webmail on multiple platforms.

Ideal candidates have at least 6 months in customer service, strong communication skills, and the ability to adapt to changing workloads, with flexible afternoon/evening/ weekend shifts. Competitive benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED; certifications preferred.
• 6+ months of customer service, retail or helpdesk experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team; flexible shifts.

Responsibilities

• Resolve customer inquiries over the telephone.
• Troubleshoot internet and telephone issues.
• Support webmail platforms and mobile devices.
• Enter work orders and update customer accounts; document accurately.
• Troubleshoot wired/wireless networks (Plume and Armstrong devices).
• Meet CSR KPI targets and quality programs.
• Accept and process customer payments.
