Job summary

JPMorgan Chase is seeking a Strategy and Transformation professional to partner on technology programs that align with the Global Technology COO and the firm. You will work with senior leaders across the organization to drive strategy, execution, and delivery of critical technology initiatives.

You will design frameworks, analyse data, create dashboards, and develop concise executive communications to support decision making and stakeholder alignment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in technology strategy consulting or leading delivery of large-scale tech initiatives.
• Excellent PowerPoint and Excel modeling skills for exec-level work.
• Strong verbal and written communication for senior leaders.
• Knowledge of IT management, budgeting, risk, and product operating model.

Responsibilities

• Design and drive solutions to accelerate decision making, scope complex problems, identify major issues and actionable opportunities
• Support the execution and delivery of large-scale programs across the organization, including building frameworks, developing content, formulating hypotheses, conducting analyses, and creating solution roadmaps
• Assist the design and implementation of transformation frameworks (processes, roles, tools) to enable repeatable and predictable delivery
• Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate risks related to technology transformation initiatives
• Drive continuous process optimization and institutionalize lessons learned across transformation efforts
• Analyze source-system data to identify trends, risks and opportunities, and present actionable insights to stakeholders
• Develop deep, trust-based advisor relationships with key stakeholders across management, Global Technology and the Lines of Business (LoBs) to drive program delivery and buy-in
• Own development of concise communication materials for senior management, including exec level audiences
• Identify implications and “so-whats” of outputs, data and analysis and drive the narrative via charts and reports for executive consumption
