Referment is seeking an associate to support the office of its senior technology leadership. The role blends strategic project coordination, analytical research, and executive reporting, connecting detailed technical activity with leadership decisions.

Qualifications

At least three years of comparable experience in technology strategy, technology programme management, a technology chief-of-staff team, consulting, or a similarly cross-functional role.

Responsibilities

Help move high-priority technology initiatives forward, tracking progress, dependencies, decisions, and emerging risks.
Research technology and organisational questions, analyse data and issues, and distil the findings for leadership discussions.
Coordinate strategic work sponsored by the chief-of-staff function, bringing structure and follow-through to projects involving multiple teams.
Build a clear view of technology activity across the organisation and identify the information senior leaders need to understand progress.
Prepare concise reporting and briefing materials that accurately summarise technical subjects for senior stakeholders.
Work across a varied stakeholder group, asking thoughtful questions and ensuring actions remain aligned with leadership priorities.
