Job summary

Referment is seeking an associate for its central strategy and operations group. You will move between research, analysis and implementation, turning information from diverse sources into clear recommendations and helping teams implement them across strategic projects.

You will work with senior colleagues across the business, tackle high-priority questions, and gain exposure to senior decision-making on operating locations, technology priorities and long-term organizational plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher and at least one year of professional experience.
• Strong analytical judgement and attention to detail.
• Clear written and verbal communication with diverse audiences.
• Experience leading projects across multiple teams is a plus.
• Coding or financial modelling experience is useful but not essential.

The Role

What We're Looking For

• A bachelor's degree or higher and at least one year of comparable professional experience.
