Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science and Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years of related software engineering experience.
• 8+ years leading technical teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Data-driven mindset guiding priorities and decisions.
• Healthcare environment experience preferred.
• Ability to influence across divisions and leadership.
• Strong relationship-building with stakeholders and executives.
• Expertise in software engineering best practices and mentoring.

Responsibilities

• Own software solution strategy, architecture, and delivery for the portfolio.
• Lead teams to design solutions aligned with business objectives and future releases.
• Anticipate trends and advise on new capabilities and technologies.
• Define software tools, cloud services, processes, and dependencies.
• Promote engineering quality across product management, development, and testing.
• Guide unit, integration, load/performance, and security testing strategies.
• Use data to understand quality, identify defects, and communicate findings.
• Prioritize work across teams and remove barriers to agility.
• Transform engineering lifecycle to achieve system improvements.
• Drive new ways of thinking to improve quality and responsiveness.
• Partner with service engineering to define tools and hand-offs.
