Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, engineering, or information systems or related field.
• Master’s degree preferred; substitutions may apply based on experience.
• IT leadership with experience in enterprise IT environments.
• Knowledge of public sector technology, law enforcement or 24/7 operations is a plus.
• Strong communication and team-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Set IT strategy aligned with BPD mission and city goals.
• Direct incident response for outages and cybersecurity events.
• Oversee 24/7 mission-critical systems reliability and security.
• Manage data centers, networks, cloud services, and enterprise apps.
• Lead governance, standards, and modernization initiatives.
