Job summary

PwC in San Francisco seeks a Strategy& Deals Tech Strategy Director to guide mergers, divestitures, and restructuring with a focus on Product and Technology Diligence and value creation for software and tech-enabled businesses.

You will set strategic direction, lead business development, oversee multiple projects, and maintain executive client relations while mentoring future leaders across the PwC Network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum 9 years of experience in strategy, deals, or technology-focused M&A.
• MBA or Master’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic initiatives in M&A, divestitures, and restructuring to optimize client outcomes.
• Analyze market trends to develop strategic frameworks for client decisions.
