PwC's Strategy & Deals Tech Strategy Senior Manager will provide strategic advice to clients on mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and restructuring, focusing on product and technology diligence and value creation for software businesses.

You will lead large projects, guide clients through complex transactions, develop strategic frameworks, and mentor diverse teams while maintaining client relationships and delivering high-impact results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• At least 7 years of experience.
• MBA preferred; strong financial modeling & analysis skills.

Responsibilities
