Job summary

PwC in Boston is seeking a Strategy & Deals Tech Strategy Director to guide mergers, divestitures, and restructuring for software and tech-enabled businesses, leading deals analysis, strategic frameworks, and executive-level client relations.

You will mentor rising leaders, drive cross-network collaboration, and shape value creation through product and technology diligence and post-merger integration.

Qualifications

• At least a Bachelor's degree.
• At least 9 years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic initiatives in mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, and restructuring to optimize client outcomes.
• Analyze market trends and assess business opportunities to develop strategic frameworks for client decision-making.
