PwC seeks an experienced Strategy & Deals Tech Strategy AI & Tech Value Creation Senior Manager to guide clients through mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and restructurings. You will analyze market trends, develop strategic frameworks, and lead cross-functional teams to maximize deal value.

You will mentor colleagues, apply systems thinking, and craft compelling client storytelling while ensuring rigorous governance and independence standards across complex transactions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 7+ years of experience in strategy, deals, or related advisory roles.
• Experience leading strategic initiatives in M&A and restructuring.
