Job summary

Dentsu is seeking a Technology Strategy Director who will partner with senior leaders to master marketing technology stacks and drive sound consulting deliverables. You will lead discovery meetings, build compelling value stories, and oversee delivery; travel up to 25%.

Remote work available for candidates in the continental U.S. With 10+ years in technology/marketing consulting or digital agency experience, you will guide engagements, mentor analysts, and craft data-driven recommendations

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience consulting within technology or marketing.
• Senior knowledge of CRM concepts and customer experience tech, including loyalty, service, commerce, content, analytics and cloud tech.
• Expert knowledge in relational databases, data integration, analytic modeling, campaign management, content management, commerce, loyalty, messaging, service and BI systems.
• Experience managing people and leading a diverse team.
• Expert proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Lucidchart, Miro and Visio.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university.
• Ability to travel for clients up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Provide expertise across digital technology components including Identity Resolution, Data Management and Architecture, Analytics/Measurement & Reporting, AI and Modeling, Audience Management, Testing and Optimization, Content Management and Delivery, Channel Personalization, Demand Generation, and AdTech.
• Connect technology capability goals to client needs and build compelling value stories.
• Lead client meetings and manage expectations by facilitating discussions.
• Guide daily delivery with the team using PowerPoint, Excel, and Lucidchart.
• Lead discovery meetings with clients and partners, gathering notes and follow-ups.
• Offer industry POV about CX tech stack and create expertise.
• Develop recommendations for using information and technology to guide programs across channels.
• Manage consulting analysts to shape work product and coach storytelling.
• Leverage assets and frameworks; contribute to new consulting engagements.
• Educate teams on how CX tech components work together to support evolved experiences.
• Support business development as a technology strategy SME.
