Job summary

PwC is seeking a Strategy& Deals Tech Strategy Senior Associate to support deal strategy for mergers, divestitures, and transaction decisions within Advisory. You will analyze complex situations, guide junior team members, and develop strategic frameworks to inform deal value and execution across multiple workstreams.

You will assess market trends, interpret data, identify risks and opportunities, and develop clear recommendations to support transaction planning and execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• At least 3 years of experience.
• MBA preferred in relevant fields such as Accounting, Analytics/Data Science, Business Administration, CS/IS, Economics, Engineering, Finance, Financial Mathematics, Law, Mathematics/Statistics, Operations/Supply Chain.

Responsibilities

• Analyze technology strategy workstreams across M&A, divestitures, and transformation.
• Assess AI and tech capabilities to identify strategic fit and risks.
• Develop transaction-focused frameworks and market scenarios to guide decisions.
• Interpret financial, operational, and tech data to shape insights.
• Structure diligence materials and executive presentations for deal discussions.
• Track market trends and emerging technologies to inform theses.
• Apply analytics to evaluate business plans and post-merger integration priorities.
• Coordinate workstreams and support client relationships during deal conditions.
