Job summary

PwC's Deals (M&A) Tech & Data team is seeking a Senior Associate to analyze complex problems, mentor others, and deliver rigorous data-driven insights. You will work with both technologists and business partners to build tech-enabled solutions and drive impact across engagements.

Ideal candidates have a strong foundation in data analytics, programming, and storytelling, and are comfortable navigating ambiguity while delivering high-quality outcomes for Private Equity clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Analytics, Statistics, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in data and technology.
• Proficient in SQL, Python or R with ML/ NLP experience.

Responsibilities

• Analyze complex problems to deliver actionable insights.
• Automate data prep and reporting using AI-assisted pipelines.
• Leverage data visualization and programming languages.
• Apply Generative AI for data synthesis and rapid insight.
• Build scalable data pipelines with Databricks.
• Develop ML models for risk, churn, and forecasting.
• Collaborate with Private Equity deal teams on analytics.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders and technologists.
• Mentor junior team members.
• Build and nurture client relationships.
