Job summary

Mosaic Sales Solutions US Operating Co, LLC is recruiting a Part-time Google Sales Associate to help customers discover devices and services at the Google Store in Mountain View. You will be an expert on the brand’s devices, software, and the Better Together ecosystem, educating visitors and guiding purchases.

The role emphasizes customer engagement, relationship building, and hands-on product onboarding. This position requires about 20 hours per week with flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent plus 2+ years of retail experience.
• Strong communication and presentation skills for one-on-one or group interactions.
• Ability to explain product features and technical aspects to customers.
• Friendly, proactive and capable of building relationships.
• Knowledge of devices and Google ecosystem is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet customers at entrance, listen to needs/interests and direct them appropriately.
• Educate visitors on features, functionality, and technical aspects of products.
• Build trust and authentic relationships with customers.
• Lead engaging Community education programming and workshops.
• Maintain visual and inventory integrity of store displays.
