Amazon is seeking a GSS - Tech Sourcing Recruiter to help find top talent across the US market, supporting the North American Operations recruiting team. You will source passive candidates, conduct interviews, and drive recruitment strategies in a fast-paced, metrics-focused environment.

Based in a remote role across multiple locations, this 6-month contract requires strong Boolean sourcing, relationship management, and a passion for delivering excellent candidate experiences to internal

Qualifications

2+ years of corporate or search firm progressive recruiting or research experience.
Bachelor's degree, or 2+ years of full-time Amazon experience.
Experience with contact management system/applicant tracking system for sourcing, tracking and managing candidates.
Ability to curate market intel for saturated markets.

Responsibilities

Recruit passive candidates with the mentality to profile people and gauge chemistry of candidates for fit and understand their motivation.
Build and maintain network of potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management.
Conduct in-depth interviews of potential candidates, demonstrating ability to anticipate hiring manager preferences through high offer-to-interview ratios.
Recommend ideas and strategies related to recruitment that will contribute to the long-range growth of the company.
Implement new processes and fine-tune standard processes for recruiting that fits within Amazon's mission to deliver the highest quality results to the customer.
