Job summary

The Walt Disney Company in Bristol, CT invites you to join its global Enterprise Sourcing team as Senior Sourcing Specialist Technology. You will lead cross-functional technology sourcing projects from planning through execution, including RFPs, negotiations and contract delivery.

You will partner with Legal, Finance and segment teams, develop category strategies, deliver rigorous financial analyses, and drive cost savings while shaping supplier relationships.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of sourcing or related experience, including technology sourcing and negotiations.
• Experience leading RFPs and developing technology category strategies.
• Strong communication, project updates, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead or support cross-functional teams through full life-cycle technology sourcing projects.
• Facilitate project planning, analysis, strategy, supplier evaluation, negotiation, and contract execution.
• Coordinate with Legal, stakeholders, and suppliers to ensure deliverables and milestones are defined.
• Lead internal workgroups and quarterly reviews to improve processes and relationships.
• Develop and apply category strategies, and nurture stakeholder partnerships.
