Job summary

Disney is seeking a Category Manager, Technology Sourcing to lead enterprise technology category strategies and serve as a trusted advisor to senior business and technology leaders.

You will own end-to-end strategic sourcing across software, SaaS, cloud, infrastructure, and technology services, coordinating with Legal, Finance, Security, and other teams to deliver value, risk mitigation, and standardization.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in strategic sourcing or procurement in a complex enterprise.
• Experience shaping technology category strategies and governance.
• Strong executive-level communication and stakeholder management.
• Deep knowledge of software, SaaS, cloud, infrastructure, telecom.
• Proven negotiations delivering value and risk mitigation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute enterprise technology category strategies aligned with Disney's objectives.
• Serve as trusted advisor to senior business and tech leaders translating requirements into sourcing strategies.
• Lead complex sourcing initiatives across software, SaaS, cloud, infra, telecom, and services.
• Own end-to-end strategic sourcing: demand, market intel, RFx, negotiations, contracting, implementation.
• Build business cases using spend analysis, cost modeling, benchmarking, and performance data.
• Partner globally to consolidate demand, rationalize suppliers, and enable technology standardization.
• Lead negotiations for complex technology agreements balancing commercial and risk considerations.
• Establish and manage strategic supplier relationships driving value and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with Legal, Finance, Security, Tech, and business teams to support enterprise goals.
• Share category expertise to strengthen sourcing capability across the organization.
