Intuit Inc. is seeking a Director, Strategic Sourcing - Tech to lead a multi-billion dollar technology sourcing portfolio.

You will oversee Cloud, Software, Hardware, Telecom, and ETS, driving data-driven strategies while mentoring a 50-person team and guiding senior leaders across QuickBooks, Mailchimp, TurboTax, and Credit Karma. You will negotiate complex global agreements, implement AI-enabled sourcing, and partner with VP+ stakeholders to ensure value and compliance across a large ecosystem

Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive strategic sourcing or commercial leadership experience.
• 5+ years of management experience with recruiting, mentoring, and retaining a top-tier team.
• Strong strategic sourcing expertise with financial acumen and high-value negotiations.
• Experience championing AI and automation to speed decisions and reduce manual effort.
• Ability to align sourcing with enterprise goals and manage a broad portfolio in a fast-paced org.
• Excellent executive communication and ability to influence VP+ stakeholders and senior leaders.
• Comfort with analytics- and automation-enabled environments and a mindset of continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Own end to end category strategy and execution for Tech Sourcing: Cloud, Software, Hardware, Telecom, ETS.
• Design and implement data-driven sourcing strategies balancing cost, speed, quality, and innovation.
• Lead and negotiate complex, global agreements focusing on total value and supplier risk mitigation.
• Serve as a trusted commercial advisor and partner to VP+ stakeholders and senior leaders across the Technology ecosystem
• Manage and optimize strategic supplier relationships to drive innovation and accountability.
• Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing team, developing capabilities in category management and strategic sourcing.
• Leverage analytics, automation, and modern sourcing tools to enhance visibility and decision speed.
• Define and implement process improvements reducing cycle time and ensuring policy compliance.
