Job summary

Intuit seeks a Director of Strategic Sourcing - Tech to lead a multi-billion portfolio across Cloud, Software, Hardware, and Tech Services in Mountain View or San Diego. You will mentor a ~50 FTE team, partner with VP+ stakeholders, and drive data-driven strategies while implementing processes that speed decisions and reduce risk.

This executive role requires AI/automation leadership and a global mindset to align sourcing with enterprise goals and keep Intuit competitive.

Qualifications

12+ years of strategic sourcing or commercial leadership experience.
5+ years of management experience leading a sourcing team.
Experience negotiating high-value, global agreements.
Experience championing AI and automation in sourcing.

Responsibilities

Own the end-to-end category strategy and execution across multiple spend areas.
Design and implement data-driven sourcing strategies balancing cost, speed, quality, and innovation.
Lead and negotiate complex, global agreements focusing on total value and risk mitigation.
Serve as trusted advisor to VP+ stakeholders and senior leaders across Technology.
Manage and optimize strategic supplier relationships to drive performance and accountability.
Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing team in category management and sourcing.
Leverage analytics, automation, and modern sourcing tools to enhance visibility and decisions.
