Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end category strategy for enterprise-wide areas including Media, Agency, Events, and Facilities.
• Design data-driven sourcing strategies balancing cost, speed, quality and innovation.
• Lead and negotiate complex, global agreements focusing on total value and risk mitigation.
• Act as trusted advisor to VP+ stakeholders across Marketing, Customer Success, Corporate Services, and Finance.
• Align sourcing with enterprise goals for growth and margin.
• Manage strategic supplier relationships to drive innovation and performance.
• Mentor and grow a high-performing team in category management and sourcing.
• Leverage analytics, automation, and modern tools for visibility and speed.
• Define processes to reduce cycle time and ensure policy compliance.
