Zoox is seeking an Executive Sourcer to join our Executive Recruiting function in Foster City, CA. You will identify visionary leaders for Director, VP, and C-Suite roles, serving as the first touchpoint with industry leaders and representing Zoox’s mission and value proposition.

You will map talent, develop data-driven strategies, and craft high-touch outreach to build a durable leadership pipeline as we scale the organization.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in sourcing with executive search experience.
• Proven ability to map leadership talent and build pipelines.
• Strong written and verbal communication to engage senior stakeholders.
• Ability to understand multiple domains and align leadership with business strategy.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market mapping across robotics, AI, software, hardware, and related domains.
• Define search criteria and top-of-funnel strategies for Director+ roles.
• Craft bespoke outreach campaigns to passive executive candidates.
• Screen candidates for leadership capabilities and cultural fit.
• Nurture relationships with potential leaders for future opportunities.
