Job summary

Best Buy is looking for a Retail Sales Associate to be the face of the store, welcoming customers and guiding them to the right products and services with a friendly, helpful approach. You’ll help customers choose tech solutions and complete sales with confidence in a fast-paced environment.

In this role you will perform product demos, handle cashier duties, keep the floor stocked, and participate in ongoing training while assisting with in-store and curbside pickup orders.

Qualifications

• 3 months of experience working in retail or another fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage with customers in a warm, friendly manner
• Perform product demos, answer questions and make recommendations that meet customers’ needs across all departments
• Complete cashier duties for purchases, returns and exchanges
• Maintain appropriate knowledge and expertise through ongoing learning and development
• Help keep the sales floor clean and well stocked
• Assist with in-store pickup and curbside pickup orders
