Best Buy is hiring a Retail Sales Associate to be the face of the store, helping customers select tech products and services that fit their needs. Training will cover product knowledge and sales skills as you confidently guide shoppers through demos and recommendations.

In this role you’ll handle cashier duties, keep the sales floor stocked, and participate in in-store pickup and curbside orders. A positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential for success in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3 months of experience working in retail or another fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights and weekends.

Responsabilités

• Welcome and engage with customers in a warm, friendly manner
• Perform product demos, answer questions and make recommendations that meet customers’ needs across all departments
• Complete cashier duties for purchases, returns and exchanges
• Maintain appropriate knowledge and expertise through ongoing learning and development
• Help keep the sales floor clean and well stocked
• Assist with in-store pickup and curbside pickup orders
