Job summary

Best Buy is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to be the face of the brand in-store. You will welcome customers, demonstrate products, answer questions and tailor recommendations to individual needs, while handling cashier duties and maintaining a tidy, well-stocked floor.

You’ll participate in ongoing training, support pickup orders, and contribute to a friendly, fast-paced team environment. This role emphasizes customer service and product knowledge across departments.

Qualifications

• 3 months of experience working in retail or another fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage with customers in a warm, friendly manner.
• Perform product demos, answer questions and make recommendations that meet customers’ needs across all departments.
• Complete cashier duties for purchases, returns and exchanges.
• Maintain knowledge through ongoing learning and development.
• Help keep the sales floor clean and well stocked.
• Assist with in-store pickup and curbside pickup orders.
