Job summary

Best Buy is looking for a part-time Retail Sales Associate to be the face of our stores, helping customers select tech products and services that fit their needs. You will learn and apply product knowledge, demonstrate items, and guide customers through purchases and returns.

You’ll join a team focused on delivering friendly, helpful service with flexible scheduling and opportunities for growth within our company.

Qualifications

• 3 months of experience working in retail or another fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage with customers in a warm, friendly manner.
• Perform product demos, answer questions and make recommendations that meet customers’ needs across all departments.
• Complete cashier duties for purchases, returns and exchanges.
• Maintain knowledge and expertise through ongoing learning and development.
• Help keep the sales floor clean and well stocked.
• Assist with in-store pickup and curbside pickup orders.
