Job summary

Best Buy Richmond, TX is seeking a part-time Retail Sales Associate to be the face of our stores. You'll learn to confidently recommend tech products and services while helping customers find the right solutions.

You’ll perform product demos, answer questions, and complete cashier duties for purchases, returns and exchanges. We provide training and benefits to support your well-being and growth.

Qualifications

• 3 months of experience working in retail or another fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights and weekends

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage with customers in a warm, friendly manner
• Perform product demos, answer questions and make recommendations that meet customers’ needs across all departments
• Complete cashier duties for purchases, returns and exchanges
• Maintain appropriate knowledge and expertise through ongoing learning and development
• Help keep the sales floor clean and well stocked
• Assist with in-store pickup and curbside pickup orders
