Job summary

Best Buy in Aurora, IL seeks a Retail Sales Associate who will be the face of Best Buy for customers in stores. You’ll learn to confidently recommend tech products and services to meet each person’s needs and help shoppers find the right solutions.

From greeting customers and performing product demos to completing cashier duties and in-store pickup, you’ll stay knowledgeable through ongoing training while keeping the sales floor stocked and welcoming.

Qualifications

• 3 months of experience in retail or another fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage with customers in a warm, friendly manner.
• Perform product demos, answer questions and make recommendations that meet customers’ needs across all departments.
• Complete cashier duties for purchases, returns and exchanges.
• Maintain appropriate knowledge and expertise through ongoing learning and development.
• Help keep the sales floor clean and well stocked.
• Assist with in-store pickup and curbside pickup orders.
