We seek motivated, tech-savvy individuals with a high school education, offering uncapped commission potential, averaging $21–$26+ per hour, and flexible full-time and part-time roles with paid training and benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of retail or related experience preferred.
• Proficiency with cellular phones and basic telecom knowledge.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; goal-driven to exceed targets.

Responsibilities

• Be the face of Cellcom! Assist in daily retail operations, engaging with guests and representing the brand with integrity.
• Showcase passion for sales by delivering exceptional guest service and recommending solutions.
• Stay ahead of tech trends and innovations to keep guests informed and excited about purchases.
• Work as a team player to keep store operations running smoothly and create the best guest experience.
• Adapt and grow by supporting multiple retail locations when needed.
• Take on additional responsibilities as needed to learn, grow, and make an impact.
