Allied Universal is recruiting for a Security Officer Alarm Panel Response Patrol in Sterling, VA. You will safeguard clients acrossTech/Media/Telecom sectors, conduct routine patrols, monitor alarm panels, and maintain a visible security presence while delivering professional customer service.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of security-related experience.
• Alarm panel experience preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet preferred.
• Must be 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background check and drug screen required by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service at a technology, media or telecom location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and professionally.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of the facility and perimeter.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity per site procedures.
• Prepare clear incident reports and communicate findings to leadership.
