Job summary

Original X Productions, operators of immersive experiences, seeks a Tech Services Team Lead in New York. The part-time role oversees audio, video, and operational elements, while keeping spaces clean and safe for guests.

Strong leadership and hands-on facilities knowledge are essential. The position offers a flexible, part-time schedule with the chance to work across exciting attractions, ensuring guest satisfaction and smooth venue operations.

Qualifications

• Must be fully vaccinated against Covid-19.
• Must be able to remain standing more than 75% of the time.
• Must be able to work at least two shifts, including a weekend day.
• Must be able to work a variable schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Work with the Tech Services Manager to ensure all attraction elements work properly.
• Delegate tasks to ensure completion or coordinate with vendors to elevate.
• Help keep the location clean and welcoming to Guests.
• Maintain cleanliness of the exhibit, sweep floors, wipe exhibits and remove trash.
• Follow health and safety protocols and keep areas stocked with disinfectants.
• Schedule repairs and maintenance to resolve issues swiftly.
• Complete daily and weekly inspection checklists.
• Perform preventative maintenance on critical systems to keep the venue in good condition.
• Coordinate with onsite security to ensure safety around venue.
• Answer questions about the experience and assist guests as needed.
