Job summary

Psomas is seeking a Tech Services Project Manager to lead GIS, asset management, geospatial, and tech projects for municipal and utility clients. You will also help grow the Tech Services practice while mentoring staff and supporting business development.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in related tech project management, strong Esri ArcGIS expertise, and experience with enterprise data systems. This role offers a 3/2 hybrid schedule and ownership benefits.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in GIS, Geography, Information Systems, CS, or related field.
5+ years managing GIS, asset management, geomatics, or related tech projects.
Strong PM, client management, and staff leadership experience.
Advanced proficiency with Esri ArcGIS products and data workflows.
Experience with SQL Server, Oracle, or MS Access databases.
Proficient with Microsoft Office; strong communication and organization.

Responsibilities

Lead delivery of GIS, Enterprise Asset Management, Geomatics, and tech projects.
Build and maintain client relationships; lead scopes, estimates, negotiations.
Develop business opportunities and support project pursuits.
Collaborate on strategy, outreach, and industry engagement.
Mentor GIS and Tech Services staff and plan resources.
