Job summary

LEWIS & ASSOCIATES is seeking a Manager of Technical Services to lead planning and maintenance of the organization’s network and technology systems. The role partners with Technology Management to set policy and MIS direction and provides strategic guidance across departments.

You will supervise Network and System Administrators, oversee backups and disaster recovery, manage vendor relationships, and ensure security and compliance.

Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of Windows Server operating systems, server hardware and networking.
• Ability to communicate effectively in writing and speech.
• Experience identifying problems and implementing solutions with minimal downtime.
• Strong critical thinking and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversees planning and maintenance of the organization's network and technology systems.
• Manages vendor relationships and oversees security and compliance.
• Supervises Network and System Administrators and staff; mentors team including contractors.
• Delivers project management, reporting, and disaster recovery coordination.
