Job summary

Dave & Buster's Inc. in Oklahoma City seeks a Technical Services Manager/Facility Manager to lead maintenance, operations, and guest experience across our high-volume entertainment venue.

You will supervise a small team, manage daily repairs, safety, and equipment performance while delivering a memorable guest experience in a fast-paced environment. You will oversee all aspects of the business from details to the big picture, handling 50-hour weeks and on-call emergencies as needed.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant experience in building maintenance
• Knowledge of bowling/pinsetters is a plus
• Ability to lead a team to create a memorable guest experience
• Excellent oral and written communication skills

Responsibilities

• Developing and leading a team of 3-6 hourly members to exceed guest expectations
• Maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing all facility equipment
• Performing all scheduled maintenance duties and responding to trouble calls
• Providing hands-on training to technicians and ensuring positive guest experiences

Job Description:

THE TECHNICAL SERVICES MANAGER/FACILITY MANAGER:

provides overall leadership, supervision, and direction on strategic initiatives and operating standards to positively impact business results and exceed the guest experience.

Requirements:

• 21+ years of age
• 3+ years of relevant experience in building maintenance; knowledge of bowling/pinsetters is a plus!
• Ability to move lane maintenance equipment (approximately 250 lbs.), climb ladders, and possess the strength required to repair, clean, and maintain the facility machines and equipment
• Ability to lead a team to create a memorable guest experience
• True leadership capabilities
• Not afraid to work in a fast-paced, noisy environment with distracting conditions
• Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, regarding all job responsibilities
• Typical work week: Monday through Friday, 8 am to 6 pm, weekends and evenings as needed, and on call for emergencies during business hours
