Dave & Buster’s Inc. is seeking a Restaurant & Operations Manager to provide leadership, supervision, and direction on strategic initiatives and operating standards to positively impact business results and guest experience.

The role requires 2+ years in hospitality, the ability to manage COGS and labor, and the leadership to guide a large team in a fast-paced, weekend/night environment. Competitive salary, quarterly bonus, health and other benefits are offered.

• 2+ years of Restaurant/Hospitality Experience.
• Proficient in managing the cost of goods sold and labor.

THE RESTAURANT & OPERATIONS MANAGER : provides overall leadership, supervision, and direction on strategic initiatives and operating standards to positively impact business results and exceed the guest experience.
