Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve Windows desktop issues, including joining PCs to Windows domains, installing and troubleshooting NISC software, and removing viruses/spyware.
• Provide printer testing on Windows and Linux servers.
• Offer customer phone support in an ACD environment.
• Monitor Windows and Linux servers using Xymon tools and log issues.
• Develop action plans for issues identified by Xymon.
