Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.

• Excellent written communication skills.
• Experience translating priorities into philanthropic opportunities.
• Proficiency with CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of major-gift prospects and donors.
• Develop and execute personalized donor engagement strategies.
• Conduct donor visits and solicit gifts including complex gifts.
• Prepare and present philanthropic proposals aligned with university priorities.
• Document prospect activities accurately in the advancement database.
