Ambition is partnering with a global law firm to lead technology-focused business development initiatives. This role reports to a senior manager and collaborates with US leadership to drive strategic growth across key sectors.

The ideal candidate will oversee pitches, proposals and RFPs, provide market insights to sector leaders, and coach junior team members. Location flexibility across major East Coast markets is considered for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Experience shaping growth initiatives for technology sectors.
• Ability to provide market-driven commercial guidance.
• Proven track record in leading pitches, proposals and RFP responses.
• Experience coaching and developing junior BD team members.

Responsibilities

• Shape and deliver strategic growth initiatives aligned with sector and firm objectives.
• Act as a strategic business partner to sector leaders, offering market insights and commercial guidance.
• Provide coaching, guidance and day-to-day support to junior team members.
• Lead the preparation and delivery of pitches, proposals and RFP submissions with compelling messaging.
• Monitor market developments and industry trends to identify opportunities for growth and client expansion.
• Maintain sector collateral and marketing resources to support BD efforts.
