Qualifications

• Five (5) + years of relevant experience in business development, marketing, communications, and or proposals within a legal or similar professional services environment.
• Experience supporting technology-related clients, practices, or sectors desirable.
• Bachelor’s degree; Degree in marketing, communications or related field is preferred.
• Post-graduate qualifications advantageous or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic BD and marketing plans for the Technology sector.
• Advise sector leaders with market intelligence and recommendations.
• Mentor junior team members.
• Manage sector pitches, proposals, and RFPs with high-quality materials.
• Identify market opportunities and client targets to drive revenue.
• Maintain sector resources and client-facing materials.
• Collaborate with lawyers and BD colleagues on cross-practice opportunities.
• Oversee events, webinars, and industry conferences to raise visibility.
• Track activity, pipeline metrics, and account planning.
