Job summary

Continental in Fort Wayne is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support daily warehouse operations, including picking/packing, inventory control, and loading/unloading trucks. The role requires using iPad and LightSpeed systems and maintaining accurate inventory records.

The position runs Monday to Friday, 6 AM to 3 PM, with emphasis on safety, accuracy, and teamwork. Prior warehouse experience is preferred; English proficiency is essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Warehouse experience preferred.
• English language proficiency (read, write, speak).
• Comfortable using technology (iPads, inventory systems).
• Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, percentages).
• Forklift certification encouraged.
• Consistently accurate and efficient order processing.
• Strong attention to detail and organization.
• Effective communication with team members and supervisors.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude and commitment to service excellence.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pick and pack orders using technology (iPad, LightSpeed).
• Organize and maintain inventory using FIFO method.
• Load and unload trucks for routes and markets.
• Replenish stock and maintain clean, organized work areas.
• Read schedules, work orders, or requisitions to determine items to be moved.
• Communicate inventory discrepancies to team leaders.
• Record accurate inventory counts of products picked, packed, scrapped, and excess.
• Follow all safety protocols and company guidelines.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
