Job summary

Continental is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support daily warehouse operations in Jackson. You will accurately pick and pack orders using iPads and the LightSpeed system, organize inventory with FIFO, and load/unload trucks for routes and markets.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED, comfort with technology, and strong attention to detail. Prior warehouse experience and a safety-conscious mindset are valued for success.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to understand, speak, read, and write in English.
• Comfortable using technology (iPads, inventory systems).
• Strong math skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pick and pack orders using technology (e.g., iPad, LightSpeed system).
• Organize and maintain inventory using FIFO (First In, First Out) method.
• Load and unload trucks for routes and markets.
• Replenish stock and maintain clean, organized work areas.
• Read schedules, work orders, or requisitions to determine items to be moved or distributed.
• Communicate inventory discrepancies to team leaders.
• Record accurate inventory counts of products picked, packed, scrapped, and excess.
• Follow all safety protocols and company guidelines.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
