Job summary

Victra in California is seeking a part-time Sales Support Representative to help drive the in-store guest experience. You will assist with account reviews, merchandising, and servicing guests to recommend products and solutions while maintaining a welcoming, high-energy environment.

This position offers paid training, a flexible schedule, and opportunities for advancement. The role requires a high school diploma or GED and 18+ years of age, with eligibility to work in the United States.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• One or more years of customer service, preferably in a retail or service environment.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, November through December, and/or during peak vacation periods.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Support account reviews, accessory recommendations, data transfers, and customer queue triage during heavy traffic.
• Take the lead on merchandising, store cleanliness and operational functions.
• Deliver outstanding customer service during every guest interaction to ensure a positive experience.
• Conduct account reviews to understand guest needs and present product/service recommendations.
• Create personal connections with guests to make tech look simple and enjoyable.
