Cellcom is seeking enthusiastic Sales Consultants for its Wisconsin retail team in Green Bay. You will engage guests, promote technology solutions, and help customers find the perfect products while representing the Cellcom brand with integrity.

The role offers uncapped commission potential with an average earning range of about $21–$26+ per hour, plus a comprehensive benefits package. Flexible full-time and part-time schedules are available, including options for students.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• 1-2 years of retail or related experience.
• Proficiency in using cellular phones and basic knowledge of telecommunications products and services.
• Goal-driven mindset with the ability to exceed sales targets.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with guests and team members.

Responsibilities

• Be the face of Cellcom! Assist in daily retail operations, engaging with guests, answering inquiries, and representing the brand with expertise and integrity.
• Showcase your passion for sales by delivering extraordinary guestservice through lifestyle-based conversations and recommending solutions that make our guests\' lives easier and better, solving everyday inefficiencies.
• Stay ahead of the curve by keeping up with the latest tech trends and innovations, ensuring guests leave informed and excited about their purchases.
• Work as a team player to keep store operations running smoothly, jumping in wherever needed to create the best possible guest experience.
• Adapt and grow by supporting multiple retail locations when needed, gaining valuable experience in different environments.
